Competition Rules
- This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by The Daily Shoe™ and sponsored by the Retailer/Brand and is open to all persons of 18 years or older and resident in <country of contest>, except the employees and their immediate families of The Daily Shoe™ and the Retailer/Brand, their advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
- These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by The Daily Shoe™ only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.
- The Competition begins on the date published and ends when specified.
- The prize is described on the competition entry page.
- To enter, Participants must sign up online to receive The Daily Shoe™ by email, or by any other form of online subscription including social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, Feedburner, WordPress) and must be subscribed at the time of entering The Competition and announcement of the winner.
- Certain Retailers/Brands may have additional competition rules which are automatically accepted by the participant on agreeing to these rules.
- Participants may only enter once for the Competition. By entering, participants consent to receive The Daily Shoe™ emails and may unsubscribe at any time. Once unsubscribed, participants will no longer be eligible to win.
- The main prize winner (“Winner”) will be selected by the Retailer/Brand and/or The Daily Shoe in a random draw on the competition close date and the winner will be notified thereafter by email by The Daily Shoe™.
- Any dispute or query relating to the process or results of selection of The Competition Winner must be directed to the Retailer/Brand in writing within 30 days of the announcement. The Daily Shoe™ accepts no responsibility for the selection process or the outcome thereof and will not be held legally liable under any circumstance related to the Competition.
- The Competition prize will consist of the prize named in the promotional materials.
- The prize(s) cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
- The Daily Shoe™ and/or the Retailer/Brand may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of Winner, provided that any Winner may expressly elect to decline this. The Daily Shoe™ reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any Winner to verify their eligibility.
- All Participants and Winners indemnify The Daily Shoe™, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
- These Competition Rules are available on http://dailyshoe.co.za/competition-rules/ and may be updated at the discretion of The Daily Shoe.
- By entering the competition, the participants agree to these rules and are bound by them for the duration of the competition.
